Goods not delivered

I purchased goods on Groupon and Courietit called on Tuesday 21 May asking for directions to m y house. I told them I am out of town and they can deliver to my husband's workplace. They then called my husband and said they'll deliver the next day to which he said he will be out of town and they can deliver on Thursday.

Its Thursday and they never bothered to tell us whats happening with the delivery
