I enquired about parts for my renault which is being serviced by hyundai about 3 weeks ago and was told by Gustav that he will let me know if the parts are available or whether it should be ordered. I have still not heard from him. Called again today only to hear that he is on leave and will only be back next week Tuesday. The only other person that can help me is busy on the phone and I should try again later.

I regularly service my car with Hyundai and it is always the same story. They either do not answer the phone or there is nobody available to assist. Have also collected my car after services to find the upholstery full of black greasy marks where the mechanics have touched the doors etc.

Hyundai just moved into lovely new premises but unfortunately the service does not live up to the look.
