Best service I have had at any car dealership yet

I would like to compliment Welkom Mahindra for superior service yet again! Yesterday morning I stopped at Loguin Engineering (t/a Welkom Mahindra) without appointment around 07h45 to ask their opinion on some concerning noises on my SUV suspension. They arranged a mechanic to go for a drive with me and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Some of the suspension rods were loose and the bushes needed to be replaced. They tightened the rods as a temporary measure so that the problem was limited until they can quote me on the new set of 10 bushes and installation. I left the shop at around 8h10 and by 11h00 received a call with the quote for the new set of bushes. I accepted and they said I can come in immediately so that they can get them changed. This is excellent service and I can honestly say that at none of the previous car dealerships (of several different brands) I have used in my life have I received such speedy, cost effective, and prompt service such as at Welkom Mahindra. Thumbs up to you guys!
