Firstly Mr Edwards, being a proud Hyundai owner driving 4 Hyundai Vehicles, the new Santa Fe, 2 I20s and a Hyundai Sonata exec for my wife, I dont think tarnishing Hyundais name on every persons complaint and commenting will get you anywhere close to efficient resolution.

I tend to disagree on the comment made by Mr Graham L Edwards on some of the Hyundai complaints. I have had a query with Hyundai and we were waiting for a part from Korea. All I did was contact the customer care line on 010 215 6600 and they treated me with most respect, and understood my concerns and managed to get this resolved quite quickly. I don't think grating the Hyundai name on social media would get any results. Just some piece of advice, we as customers must understand that things can go wrong, delays can occur however the only people that can help us is the service provider that we are directly involved with.By just giving them the chance to help us, and understanding the logistic manner of their business, we can actually get some sort of positive results.

Hyundai Service is awesome.. and I would never ever change my brand purely of the service I receive from them..
