I bought a Chery Tiggo from Multifranchise Boksburg. The side panel of the car came off as I was driving the NEW car from the floor. Called the salesman who tried to put it back but again it fell off. It rained some time later that week and found the wiper blades were worn. Took my car for a wash and the cleaner showed me that the dashboard was faded by the sun. Not immediately noticeable due to the reflection of the sun. When using the air conditioner, rodent pee can be smelled from the system. While driving my lights fused. I have a long list of service reports (7 to be exactly) where they had to repair the lights on the car. My dashboard odometer and fuel gauges occasionally do not work. With the lights fusing often, I can not drive at night as I will cause an accident.
I have taken this complaint to the necessary channels and expected that I be given a new car or refund the money I have already paid to the bank. The Dealer Principal Mr. Nicolas Smith has communicated back to me via Chery consumer department (Sydney), that he is not interested in sorting out my complaint.
