Transletaba
6 months later, still incomplete 4 just minor dent

Car was dented in Nov 2012, Iwyze aproved claim and notified me that the panelbeater, Transletaba, would contact me. Received no call from Transletaba until I went to their branch in Tzaneen in April.

10/04/2013 I dropped of my car at Transletaba with the excess fee fully paid.

A whole month passed and Transletaba did not give any feedback until I paid them a visit on the 9th of may 2013. I was told the car ould be ready on the 10th May, the follong day. As usual, there was no call or any feedback on the 10th. I waited the following week, nothing happened.

I then went again on the 20th of May, today, only to be kept waiting for three long hours, was then told car is ready for collection, when I inspected the car, only half the damages were fixed. And was told to take the car and book it in for another day. Like my life revolves around coming to Translet

Now I am sick of your service guys, I dont know why you give such low service, is it because you lack competition in this small town, Tzaneen, or is it that you just have too many customers you end up not knowing which car came first, or do you simply give priority in fixing your friends cars first.
