German Car Connexion
No warranty as promised

My Mercedes had a flashing light on the dash board. I took it to German Car Connexion and was told the on board computer had bombed out. A new one would cost R37000.00 and they could give me a reconditioned unit of R12000.00. WOW! What a score! I took my car in, left it for 3 days and on collection and payment was told there was a 1 year warrantee on the part but forgot to get the certificate. I thought everything was fine because the light was gone. I sold my car a month later for the new owner to experience the same thing. When I spoke to Mark Lewis he advised me there was in fact NO WARRANTEE and sorry for me, there was nothing they could do. Basically he admitted that I had thrown away R12000.00. I still have never received an invoice for the part or any more feedback. Way to go gents, you are a bunch of!!!
