Ruined Furniture

Eezi move delivered our furniture on Monday. Our boxes, matresses and couch was soaking wet! My couch is ruined and has massive stains. I also don't think there is one wooden item that didn't get scratched. I phoned Yolandi on Monday. She said it isn't her department but will follow up and phone back - she never did. Phoned Yolandi Wednesday again, she said exactly the same thing - again NOT phoning back. Today I phone AGAIN, Yolandi put me on hold while still speaking to her! I phoned back twice - she doesn't answer. Third time I spoke to someone saying that someone from complaints department will phone me back in 5min. It is now 2 HOURS later. So I have a ruined couch horribly scratched furniture and nobody is phoning back. Their service is absolutely pathetic!
