I have been trying to get a price to have a towbar fitted to my Sportage. I have phoned Fourways, Midrand and Centurion. No-one can give me an inclusive price to buy the towbar and have it fitted... I am actually speechless how this can be? I am still waiting for Kia Centurion to phone me back... I was promised that I would receive a phonecall back within 10 mins, that was on Friday at 13:00... Kia Fourways cut me off, and Kia Midrand leave you on hold indefinitely... can it really be so hard to accept business from clients who have already bought your product?
