Superb Service

I was unhappy with the pricing and the manner in which the information was communicated to me. I dealt
with another Dealership and moved here as the Advisor which I dealt with was transferred to Durban--but he has now left the group. I decided to take our vehicle back to the previous Dealership for service, but much to our amazement, I received exceptional service from Nick. I must state that Nick, has the patience to listen as well as has great attitude when dealing with difficult circumstances. This gentleman really understands the value of customer satisfaction and retention and his response time was fabulous. Well done, you are truly an asset to the organisation.
