Car left parked outside all night

Car was towed to land rover in centurion on Friday night at 1930 on advise of the land rover telephone assist service after getting a flat tyre. I went to the dealership at 830 Saturday morning to chat to the service person and explain what happened. Theo Meyer proceeded to tell me they can only look at the car on Monday but will change the tyre in the meantime and move the car inside for a service to be done on Monday mornig. At 1100 I drive last land rover and the car is still parked where it was towed. I drive past again at 1900 and it has not moved. Now why would you tell me you would perform a service on the vehicle and its not done? Very disappointed with the service given from land rover centurion.
