Undelivered mudgaurds

I purchased a new polo easter last year. I told the guy who handle the process/helped me said i wanted mudguards also and he said it would be included on the purchase.

He said they did not have any mudguards in stock and would notify me when they had any in stock. I went back every month and he said there was a shortage all over the country. Its been a year now. My car had its 1st service and still no mud guards. I don't know what the problem might be, but I've had enough.

How are you going to resolve this?
