I am beyond disguisted with Avis East London

I took out a minilease rental from the 22-04-2013 and have kept the car since. I first had to complain on Hello Peter for them to give me my requested car and now they have done the ubsolute unbelievable and went to the police claiming that I am keeping thier car unlawfully. I got called by the police today looking for me and claiming Avis wants their car. I am really confused and distraut right now as all my correspondance with them and even the minilease terms say you must keep the car for more than 3 months to qualify for those rates. They claim I am not answering my phone when the only call I got from them recently was last night at 7pm and couldn't answer because I was at a lecture and the person fortunately left a message so I knew it was them and tried calling them first thing today but as always the phone rang continuously unanswered. I have been to the Queenstown branch and told everything was ok with the car and my rental and spoke to a manager named Sandile, I have been to the branch at the PE airport twice this month and still told everything was fine with my rental and they even confirmed with several people at the in EL branch who were clueless as always. Confused!
