Maintenance plan does not want pay out

Really? Why do we buy a car with a maintenance plan if the insurance company does not want to pay out?? This is ridiculous. My Sx4 is 3 years old and now the gearbox broke! It's suppose to be covered by the maintenance plan, but the company claims it's vehicle abuse! How convenient! I'm an almost 40 year old woman who don't believe in reffing cars just for fun so I am not quite sure how they decided I "abused" my car.

Suzuki, please find another insurance company for your cars, because this is a big problem! People are going to stop buying Suzuki's if they find out the insurance company keeps on declining claims.
