Poor service

They show poor customer service, they dont help you.
They can not service my car, because the vin nr is wrong.
They say we do not have a service plan and we must get the doc to show we have.
They do not help at all.
Had the same problem with last service!!!

They just want your money.

That is how I fell!!!
