I purchased a Kia Optima last year and had the vehicle for 1 month when we had a terrible hail storm in the Eastrand and my vehicle has been in the panel beaters ever since. I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of Kia head office but the phone lines just ring. I am so disappointed that I purchased this vehicle as I am going to loose my warranty for something I don't even have.
