Great Customer Service!!

My vehicle got into an accident Decemeber 2013, got towed to SMD Towing Station at Atlas boksburg. While it was still waiting to be assessed, unfortunately we had hail and it got damage.

By the time it got assessed, the vehicle had the second damage already and unfortunately SMD did not pick up as my vehicle was towed to be repaired for the first accident.

I was notified by the panel beaters immediately when they received the car, and i notified SMD about the incident. Jeanine called me before Christmas and confirmed that the vehicle will be taken in and they will repair the damages for me, January Vannessa called me back and actually arranged the panel beaters and even a courtesy car meanwhile my car went in for repairs.

Just want to say thank you so much for your great service, hope you do the same to your other customers as well. Great!!!
