I purchased an Opel corsa essential in December 2012 and it had no spare key, boot cover and service book they promised they will deliver the items the following week as their driver will be coming to Joburg. He never did and I kept on following up every week been transferred from one person to another. Sales person was Mabena. They don't phoning me or email to inform until I pick up a phone and phone and sometimes he will not answer my calls and never return my calls. They finally delivered the service book and boot cover but spare keys was still not been delivered. After 3 months of follow ups they gave me a blank key told me that I should cut it and program it with my cash they will refund me. I have sent them invoices on the 25th April and Andre phoned me that afternoon that they were going to deposit a cheque. I have been waiting since then and every time I phone He tells me he is going to deposit it and send me proofs but nothing is happening. I cannot wait for another 3 months for just R700 just like I did to get the remaining items. The phone I use to make follow ups all the time costs me as they never inform how far they are with the matter. Their service is very bad
