Went for tyre rotation, balancing and alignment on Sat. Only 2 cars on the lifts. Arranged that I pull my car up to be worked with the site supervisor.By 11:48 I was halfway through my rotation and balancing. The person tasked with doing that was on the ball. After he was done I had to pull my car onto the alignment bay.only one bay was open. A Taxi just pulled onto the bay and was helped immediately (no JobCard). So I parked waiting for the taxi to finish. After 45min I started getting impatient. Cause the person working on the taxi looked like he was doing a private job and had absolutely no desire to finish sometime that day. Went up to one of the site supervisors which (both) were just hanging around and not driving the actual service that they should be doing. To the supervisors surprise he went up to the technician working on the Taxi and asked him something. They didnt even know I was waiting. Which is a lie. And if it was true, why was there no drive/management by the people on site? I was then asked to pull up on the 2nd bay. It took me more than 1h45min to get the rotation, balancing and alignment done which should have taken no more than 45min-1hour on a busy day. Absolutely mediocre!
