It took them 3 Months to get My Number Plates

I purchased my Kia Picanto on the 20th of November 2012 from Nash! He said it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get my Number Plates... up untill today Im still waiting everytime I have to call send messages nobody gets back to me. I have collected my 3rd temporary Plate!!! and the worse part is that I had to call the to check if its there???
The level of the service there is Really Ridiculous!!! I will never remend anyone to deal with that branch, The service is parthetic
