RUDE, INCOMPETENT LIARS

I saw a vehicle i was interested in buying and phoned to enquire about the price, etc. I also discussed the trade-in of my vehicle and the salesperson said the current market value is R35700 and they'd give my R35700. When my husband took my car for the inspection, they said they made a mistake and used the old book to determine the value, and that the value is now R35400. That is two days later after i spoke to Jerry - still within the same month! When the sent through the contract, the purchase price on my vehicle was only R35000, so from the Saturday to the Tuesday they decided to drop the purchase price with R700. When i phoned the dealer principal, Freddie Colt, he said he never gave me or my husband the amounts mentioned. So, he is making me, the client, a while he is actually the. Ive never experienced worst service in my life. I hope the owner will find out whats happening at that dealership, because Freddie and Jerry is running it into the ground!!!
