EC Auto deliver when Toyota Dealership fails

I decided to part with my 2013 Toyota Fortuner 2.5 Auto for a Ford Kuga and discussed with EC Auto if they would be interested to buy my vehicle. The owner Mr Elandre Olivier explained they are not interested, but will make a few calls to Toyota Dealerships in the area and feedback. One day later he confirmed a cover of R305 000 from a Toyota Dealef in Western Cape area. I ordered my new Kuga from East Cape Motors and 4 day's later the vehicle arrived. Elandre made contact with the dealer to do the transfer, but unfortunately the dealer did not come to the party and told him they are not interested as the original price is now too high. Elandre stood by his word and paid the R305 000 into my account 1 day later. I am now the proud owner of a new Ford Kuga. If this is not typical old fashion service please tell me what is.
