Rude and unashamadely smoking in offices

I had an efficient courier from Pretoria to Rustenburg.

I was disappointed with a rudelady in Rustenburg office. When i asked her not to smoke in the office as i am asthmatic and it is against the law to do such, she told me it is her lungs and can do what she liked, i am not going tocontrol her (i should do it where i work) if i am not happy with it.

I found that appalling. When i asked her name, she said is Nana (obviously sarcastic).

Please get this lady in line, before you lose customers to a competitor down the road.
