Horrible after-sales service

I drive a Ford Figo 1.4TDCI. It is a great car, but the after-sales service I have been receiving makes me regret that I baught Ford, as a lot of people warned me not to.

I brought my car in for the campaign you have at Hatfield Auto 2 weeks ago Tuesday Friday (almost 4 days later) I was allowed to collect my car and of the 4 tasks on the job card, they only completed half of the recall. Leaving me without a car for 4 days. I cannot explain what a huge inconvenience this is seeing that I live in Pretoria and study in Johannesburg.

On the job card I asked them to fix noisy brakes, and apparantly nothing was done about this, seeing that I was forced to leave the car at Ford again last week Monday because the brakes were grinding severely, this time they kept my car until Friday. They phoned on Tuesday to inform me that the brakepads were worn out and this in turn damaged the discs, proving that they must have on the previous job card. I sent an email to Ford, and still no reply.

This I find completely unacceptable seeing that it doesn't even have 60000km on the clock. If this is the type of service and quality SA can from them, I would never recommend Ford to anyone.
