Unleaded in a Diesel car

Over the Easter weekend, I had unleaded put in my car, I specified Diesel, my tank has a label on saying Diesel, and the attendant still put unleaded in the car. The car was then towed away to have the fuel system flushed. The car came back and within a week was leaking massive amounts of fuel. I sent the car back and it was then taken to a different mechanic. The car was there for almost a week while they tried to find the source of the leak. It eventually came back without the leak but was running very badly. I took the car in again and said I want it sorted out properly this time. That was over a week ago, I still don't have my car and no repairs have been done. Apparently they are waiting for their insurance to sign off on it, and they are waiting for part to come from JHB.
I don't see why they cannot just replace the 4 damaged injectors?? for more than a month I've had issues with my car because of the unleaded being put in. I'm past annoyed and very upset. I've spoken to the area manager and he says we have to wait. Cant they just arrange for 4 new injectors?? It will take less than an hour to fit them!! Its unacceptable to wait this long for my car to be sorted out!
