Lost Table - Shocking service

Shocking customer service! It is now 9 months of waiting for them to find a lost table... I am constantly chasing them for answers from their Agent Wilna. I have also CC'd in senior people (Gerhard and Sally) at the company but I get no reply or even an apology!!! Sort this issue out, I do not want to have to deal with your uselessness any more.
