Entering the dealership, I looked at the models on the floor for a short while expecting a salesperson to approach me. No luck. I had to approach a gentleman wearing a badge and request to be helped (already a bit worrying). The gentleman said he was the brand (or branch, am not sure I heard him correctly) manager and he would help me get a salesperson to assist. Someone came to me. We looked at the car and I had to ask him to fetch the keys to get a closer look. I then requested a test-drive. Another gentleman arrived to assist with the test drive - mind you, I was not informed of the handover. Worrying. Test drive concluded, back at the dealership. I am not offered a beverage (unlike my fellow clients of a fairer skin). Worrying. The following morning, I was told I would be able to take delivery later that day (Friday). By now I had dealt with 3 different people, (worrying) all of whom I was uncertain of their roles in the process (worrying). Communication was sporadic and I did not receive the car on the promised day. I had to miss the arrival of my new-born nephew. I was informed that I shall have to wait for Monday at 17:05 on Friday. Worrying. Maybe another brand?
