I bought a second hand car from them and payed R 32000.00 cash, now after 1300 km the car is still faulty as before i took ownership. Piston problem in engine Audi A4 1.8 1999 model. Now the dealer refuse to give my money back - Vehicle was sold voetstoots but under the new consumer law section 56 / 57 / 65 voetstoots does not exists anymore and they have to give my money back. I have driven the vehicle for less than 2 months. What can i do . the car have broken down on me so many times and the dealer refuse to give my money back. i dont feel safe to put our 7 months baby in this car. All i want is for the dealership to take the car back and give my money back so that i rather put i down on a new car and what is worse is the dealership worked on the engine replacing the same piston which has broken now again before i got the car. They told me the car will be safe and in 110 % working order which was wrong - Please help anybody R 32000.00 is a lot of money to loose on a car which i can't even use.
