Equipment bad and attitude even worse

While filling up my vehicle the attendant said I must move my vehicle as the pump nozzle is leaking the fuel onto the ground. When looking there was a substantial amount of fuel wasted on the floor. At the next pump the attendant said this pump nozzle is also leaking but not as bad and he can stop it by holding it in a certain way. When it came to payment I went inside to talk to someone. The cashier ignored me flat-out and my requests to speak to someone about the amount as some of it was wasted by their faulty equipment. I paid the amount under protest as I was holding up the queue in the shop. the manager was standing outside; I asked him about his faulty pumps and got a very arrogant short answer" we did log a call". He also ignored my requests about a refund on some of the fuel payment as it was wasted by his equipment.
If this is the standard of Engen to serve customers with faulty equipment and having stinking attitudes when a request for remedy, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
The complaint is not really about the R10 that was wasted its about the stinking attitude and unwillingness to remedy.
