Taking advantage over Consumer Rights

I rented car hire from First Car for two (2) weeks, I was told to pay R650, 00 upfront deposit which was to be refunded upon the return of the vehicle with full fuel tank-I did. But it has been over a week and still not being refunded. I doubt wether I shall in future use and / or recommend your service to anyone I know. I need my money back please.
