WAS EMPLOYED BY THIS "COMPANY", Not being Paid!!!

On 29 January 2013 I applied for an Au Pair Job on Gum Tree. A while later I got a response from a woman asking me if I can come and see her on that day or the next and that I should please bring along my CV and R50 to retype it in her format for "her client". I went to see her the next day! She said she will get back to me and she will send the CV to her client. About a week later she e-mailed me and asked to come and see her again. Turns out she the one that wanted an Au Pair being dishonest from the start. R50 and she never even touched my CV. I agreed to take the job working 2 hours at R40 an hour excluding petrol, a day because I'm still a student. I never even did any Au Pair work I basically went to the shops for her and typed some CV's. After 2 weeks she did the very unprofessional thing and over a BBM she said the arrangement is not going to work anymore and said she will pay me on 2013-02-25. The 25th came and went I never received the payment I e-mailed her to remind her, then she said she will pay me at the end of the month. She never did. This continued for a while, then she paid a part of the amount. Almost 2 months later I'm still waiting to be paid.
