Refusal to pay agreed Invoice

I was tasked to fix up some text on the said company's website, after providing a quotation the company agreed for the go ahead, and i started immediately. after i had started an additional request came in and i agreed to do it. once all the work was done I invoiced the client, with an additional amount as the agreed amount was excluding the additional work. I then waited for payment, after 4 days I enquired about the payment only to find out that the website was apparently not working, which it in fact was. the client then refused to pay until the website is working, as well as the gallery which had nothing to do with the work that i had done.

this was the most unprofessional conduct i have seen in a long time, my fiance also had a shoot done with them, she was asked to pay immediately, and she is still waiting for some of her photos that were taken.
