Blackpearl Consulting Sabotages my caree

I was employed by Black Pearl Consulting (Recruitment agency - Members of APSO), i was contracted to African Bank as a temp travel consultant. during my time of employment Black Pearl never sent me payslips. On the 13th of Feb i requested Busi Komape at Black pearl to please send me all my payslips (4) as I have to submit them at the bank for my insurance claim, and also kindly complete a from from the department of Labour for me as i need to claim for UIF, she refused and said to me she is not the one responsible for that, the person who is responsible is oversees but she will ask him to send her all the requested documents and send them to me by the 14th, which she did not. I keep on sending her follow up emails but she doesn't respond. I also can't look for a job properly because when recruiters / potential employers ask me to send them previous payslips I am unable to as I do not have them. The bank needed the payslips in order for them to process my claim, so now they won't be paying out as I failed to submit all the necessary documents. which means now i have to settle for the debts which were insured, where as i do not even have a salary anymore.
