Manager: Mr Dludla and her admin at Shoprite Manguzi
Abuse and illtreatment of staff especially cashiers

I would like to remain anonymous so as to protect this below par job that my spouse is currently doing at SHOPRITE MANGUZI in far Northern KZN (Umhlabuyalinga).
Having work there as a casual cashier since the opening of the shop in 2016, she hasn't enjoyed being an emplyee of the company because of the abusive and ill treament of the current and other managers who have left the shop. They work overtime hours which not being paid for for instance: During busy days they are told to clock at 7 am and knock of at 6h30 but those hours will be cut as per command from the manager Mr Dludla and her compatriot lady administrator. When they clock in at 8 am and knock off at 6h30 instead of 3h00 pm those overtime hours will be cut once again.

This is very unlawful, disgrace and slavery at soft mode if I may say and it's being going on and on with no one who's putting a hand up in order to help these helpless women who are putting their lives in danger in order to put the food on the table. When clock out at night the scarcity of transport in Manguzi is very high, of which they can end up being raped, robbed, murdered or even human trafficking, remember these are the mothers, sisters, daughters and wives of certain individuals outhere.
These women are afraid to take action because they might be the targets of this Mr Dludla and administrator and at the end they might get expelled from this horrible job they are currently doing.
Where is justice for women of this country and seemingly the apartheid era has not vanished if they are still manager like Mr Dludla whose abusive and treating others as slaves especially women for cri sake.
All he cares for are the sales and services at expense of these helpless women who are suffering on daily basis working for many hours that are not being paid for.

This is a serious issue, very touching and I hope someone will take action sooner not later!
Justice for women! And I won't stop fighting and even if ot calls for me to contact the media I will definately do so!
