Do not use Online [URL Removed] for Jh

Online [URL Removed] does vehicle licensing, registration etc, and the idea is that they do it for you and you pay them a fee (like "Dont Q"). On 14 Dec 2012 I asked Ricardo Basson from Online renewals to please renew my licence and new car plates (as I moved from CT to JHB). This was never done despite promises. When I cancelled with him (a month later! - for a service that is supposed to take 2 days), he promised to refund me the R1052 I had to pay upfront. It is now 31 Jan 2012, and they still havent refunded me. They do not return my phone calls, they do not answer emails, they have not answered SMS's. I am therefore following the legal route to get my money back (in the small claims court). DO NOT USE ONLINE RENEWALS (my mistake was that they gave me good service 3 years ago, but now have simply my money). And yes, I am also going to lay a charge of against them.
