Online registration 28 November still in progress

I registered online on the 28th November 2012 and paid the registration fee required, however my application is still in progress. I've sent numerous emails to studyinfo and econhons and I only receive auto replies. This is really unacceptable online registrations are supposed to be finalised in 2 weeks as per the UNISA website.

I need to know whether I have been accepted so that i can find an alternative in time if im not accepted. I dont understand why is the online registration so inefficient it is meant to be convinient but thats not what im getting, what is even more frustrating is that there are no numbers to call anymore and there is no time to go there. I'm very disappointed in the service I'm getting or rather the lack of.
