Nanny Maids
False advertising and breach of contract

I saw Nanny Maid's website and contacted them. Zama told me that they look for someone specifically for us and our needs. I asked her about the salary and she confirmed to me that R1800 will be sufficient for a small house and no children to look after. They advertise that on their website as well. I filled in a form stating what I needed and went for interviews after I paid a R500 booking fee. Out of 6 people I interviewed, only 2 were eligible and I doubted the one. After I phoned the one's references I was shocked to learn the Nanny Maids did not contact the reference and most of the candidate could not speak English which makes it difficult. I took the one lady and paid another R1000.She just left after 2 weeks because she could not afford the transport. I went back to Nanny Maids and did interviews again. The same thing they can't speak English or are not qualified or live too far. All these things are not to my needs. I took a second lady and she burned my clothes. I contacted Nanny Maids and asked for a refund and they simply refuse and just want me to take another lady. They didn't do their part of the contract and they do false advertisement. All I want is my money back and to move on
