Excellent Service

I would like to applaud Janine and Laurensia for their friendly service given to me on 24/04/13. When I got to Laurensia, she welcomed me to KFC, which very rarely happens. After I received my order, which was quite packed on the tray, I went to my table. My chocolate sunday fell of the tray and I thought, there goes dessert. Janine came to my help and requested one of the ladies to clean up. She also said I should not worry about the loss of my icecream, and offered another sunday, free of charge. I was so suprised! Thanks ladies, you made my day!!!
