Chicken Licken
Appalling service

I want to report the Chicken Licken in Fourways Mall (Game Centre). The staff was rude and provided horrible service. I was intentionally made to wait for 30 minutes for my order and on enquiry was told indirectly, " who do I think I am, I must just wait! " A cashier named Maria, who is always rude and impatient, initiated that my order be kept back. Once I received the order, the Chicken was reeking of burnt oil and was unpleasant. Unfortunately I could not return it since I live far from Fourways. I will never go back to that franchise that does not understand the value of a loyal customer. I hope management does something about this. I felt bullied and made to feel my business is unwelcome. Because of all this they have won, my business they will never see again. I will make sure a lot more people are aware of their unprofessionalism.
