I have been a regular customer here for about 6 years, every evening 5-6 days a week.
This branch closes intermittently at either 5pm or 6pm without warning.
They start packing up their chairs on top of their tables around you 45 minutes before they close.
They shove the bill under your nose while you are still eating and there is still 15 minutes to closing time.
I think the waiters and the plump european lady who manages the place, really hate their jobs and can't wait to end their suffering in having to serve their customers at the end of their day
Recently on a number of occasions I arrived at 4.30 thinking that closing time is six pm, to be told that they are closing at five pm today and can't take my order. The next day they are open until six again.
I have found somewhere else to eat so you don't need to do anything. It's your business; please feel free to wreck it, but may I remind you that you are in the hospitality industry.
Most food franchises that I deal with as a consultant have very strict franchise rules this won't be tolerated there because of the negative impact on the Franchise Brand.
