Ordered a pizza at 6:20pm, at 7:08pm I got an SMS apologizing and the pizza will be delivered in 30 mins. It's officially taken over 2 hours and 10 minutes and 3 phone calls.
I understand if they were busy but 2 whole hours is insane!
