Terrible Service for Regulars

I am very disappointed as I am at Wimpy almost every morning, and somdays lunchtime and normaly the service is excellent ..as I went there today during my lunch break which is only an hour no one greeted me as I entered the door I went to the smoking area and sat down after sitting for 10 minutes still no one served me and I'm on my lunch break so I don't have much time, I had to get up from my seat and go and look for staff members so I can place my order when my food came eventually the sauce was all over the plate, then the waiter came and asked me "Are you done? " while she can see that I am still bussy eating!! I am so disappointed as Wimpy was my best Restaurant!!!
