Hi,
The attitude of the Manager is one of total disrespect and utter disappointment. I am unsure if he is the new owner as in the past our dining experience at the restaurant had been a pleasant one. To our dismay, at dinner one evening, we had a compliant which resulted in obnoxious remarks from the Manager.
He has not tendered an apology and I agree with the other consumers about over charging. He takes all complaints as personal attacks. Can someone please advise if there if a higher platform that I could complain to?
