Worst customer service I have ever come across

I went to Mc Donalds inside of the Promenade Mall in Mitchells Plain after being at the movies with my kids on Saturday 13/04/2013 after 16.30pm not precise time though. Ienquired from the cashier/crew member no. 18 what is the most inexpensive combo they have and she said 1st the burger of R34.95 and I asked her if there is anything more cheaper she advised one of R19.95 includes chips, burger&coke. I then asked the kids if this is fine with them and they agreed. In this same time when trying to get the crew member/cashier's attention so I could place my order across the floor she is having a conversation with her manager. I then to get her attention banged both hands on the counter and asked her excuse me I would like to place my order and also enquired who is more important is this customer service and she said both of you are important and I was busy speaking to my manager. I was so insulted but still placed my order and paid for the 2 combos. When finished paid I then took the slip and called their customer service and logged the complaint. The manager called me yesterday to apologise but I told her that was not enough I felt insulted and being 8 mnths pregnant also stressed out.
