Yesterday evening after not purchasing the Something Meaty Sub for at least six months due to not being able to afford it. My husband and I decided to share one as a special treat.

I phoned and ordered and asked for change for R100.00 which was duly noted on the slip.

The driver arrived, asked my husband IF HE IS GOING TO TIP HIM (what a cheek) and then proceeded to say that he had no coins on him (virtually demanding that we give him the eight Rand as a tip. I used to give them 10% of what the bill was but they never asked for anything.

It really put us off our food as the driver had to go to a shop to obtain change and then obviously his attitude was not very pleasant. This after he knew he had to bring change.

After phoning the shop JJ the manager apologised however it was not a nice situation.

Cannot mark both compliment and complaint but I would like to say that the Large something meaty sub with extra cheese was excellent as always although it just put a damper on things.
