Hair in breakfast and dirty cups

My mother and I wanted to go to primi for a breakfast n coffee at 1030 this morning. There was horrible service there not to mention when I ordered my hot chocolate it was in a cup that like like it was use by someone and not washed and given to me. I asked them to change it. Than our breakfast came we ordered the pizza breakfast when it came the eggs were not cooked properly and to top it all off there was a hair hiding under the egg and on top of my pizza.
When I told them about it they didn't even apologies or say the meal is free or anything!!
I mean I ate a piece of dame hair!!! Gross so disgusting I paid and left. Gross gross never ever go there!!!
