Milky Lane North Beach has the WORST service EVER!

I was enjoying the Durban beachfront with my younger sister, she decided to buy an ice cream cone at MILKY LANE NORTH BEACH. She ordered ONE MONSTER ICE CREAM WITH SPRINKLES, they gave her ONE PLAIN MONSTER ICE CREAM and another SMALL ICE CREAM WITH SPRINKLES. She then asked the cashiers to amend the order, they flatly refused and continued to gang up on her giving her REALLY HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, particularly the employee by the name of "HLENGIWE NDLOVU". I then came along to see what the fuss is about. This cashier in question "HLENGIWE NDLOVU" was all up in my sisters face. I asked her to calm down and see if she can fix up the order, she then got rude to me also. I asked to see the manager, BUT THEY REFUSED! I got angry and then left.

I shortly returned to ask for the rude employees name so that I can report her, that's when I saw the manager and his wife! I proceeded to talk to him, he asked us what we want, my sister said a refund, I said NO we only want an apology from "HLENGIWE NDLOVU". We didn't get one. Here's the kicker: they continued to literally APPLAUD AND CHEER, INCLUDING THE MANAGER'S WIFE!

I implore MILKY LANE HEADOFFICE to follow up on this issue. I'm shocked!
