KFC
Beggars at windows

Tonight there were 3 beggars at the windows at KFC. When we asked the KFC staff if they could get them to leave, they said they could not as the beggars refused to leave. This really makes for an uncomfortable situation, to the point that my spouse ended up not eating her food as she was so put off. Why does KFC not take greater measures to sort this out?
