I am a very dissatisfied customer and I would like to report this disgusting service received from one of your franchise at Captain Dorego in Bloemfontein Church Street. Note that I will be sending this mail to Hello Peter as well.

I went to Captain Dorego Church Street in Bloemfontein on Sunday the 7th at 14:40PM to buy chicken and I got there, there was 3 pieces left and they were not up to scratch and the lady that was helping me asked me to wait 15 min so I waited to my supprise the chicken got there 20 min later and It was sold as I was still waiting to my realisation that the other lady ordered 20 piecies she got first preference and I was still there I told them that I got there before that lady but they refused to give me the chicken, so I asked for the managerthe called Suzan who came after the 20 piece lady left and told me to wait the so called manager is incompetent and didnt even help with anything in that situation so we left.

I would like for you to question the service there as I am not going to stand by and do nothing about this I guess I am a customer that needed to be helped as the 20 pieces was given to a coloured and I will not rest till this is resolved.
