False pricising and avertisements

I have had bad servise from McD in Centurion Mall, but this Morning was the worse by far. My name is Pontsho. I went buy a premium crispy chicken burger delux Spicy hot at the drive thru, which was R27.50 according 2 da pricing board at the. Drive thru. Da lady den told me it was R31.90 n it some Ranch burger because they do not sell what I ordered yet they ardvetised it. I told her I want what I ordered and not what she is giving me. She told that it is not her fault that I am seeing what I am seeing outside. I called her to come outside n see what I am referring, she refused. I drove 2 her window n requested 2 speak 2 her manager who I had 2 fight with inorder for her 2 listen. She after hearing what I was saying, she acknowledged that McD is at fault for not updating the info but she refused 2 sell da burger 2 me 4 R27.50. She swiped da R31 from my card n then my boyfriend got out of da car 2 tell her that she is wrong n against da NCA Act. He ended going inside McD n told her she is not fare.
